Empower youth with relevant skills

Riyada's hands-on workshops aim to upskill youth with transferable skills that are relevant to the current job market and technological advancements.

Participants will gain the following skills:

Using AI tools
Marketing skills
Content creation and editing skills
Financial management skills
Presentation skills

Meet the instructor

Hana Abou-Khreibeh

Hana is an established professional with over 19 years of practical experience in the government and private sectors.
Hana has been running her own business since 2020. She has advised business owners from diverse industries, such as petroleum consultancy, online education, e-commerce, sports, personal styling, events management, landscape and gardening, art, and holistic lifestyle.
She was invited by UN Women & NAMA Women Advancement to train business owners on developing technology & data management strategies for their startups.
Hana brings in expertise in business, technology, process improvement and automation, data management, project management, and training.

Bootcamp Agenda

The sessions include hands-on activities that allow participants to implement the concepts they learn.

Finding the Idea

Participants will find a business idea that they will work on during the bootcamp.

Session 1 agenda:

* Introduction on Entrepreneurship
* Finding a business idea and analyzing it

Show me the money!

Financial Management

Participants will work on packaging and pricing their products/services to prepare their offers.

Session 2 agenda:

* Creating product/service packages
* Income streams
* Types of expenses
* Pricing
* Tracking revenue and expenses

Content is king!

Marketing organically

Participants will learn the latest marketing trends and the importance of aligning content marketing with the brand values.
Participants will learn how to use content creation and editing tools.

Session 3 agenda:

* Defining the target audience
* Cyber security (Dos and Donts on social media)
* Content creation and editing using CANVA & AI tools

Wrap up

Pitching the idea

Participants will be provided with presentation templates that they can use to cover the most important areas of their business ideas.
Participants will then pitch their work to the other participants in the bootcamp.

The instructor has prepared many hands-on activities to be completed by the participants during the bootcamp sessions.

What should the participants bring to the bootcamp?

The kids need to bring their laptops and mobile phones to complete the hands-on exercises of the bootcamp.

How much does it cost to join the bootcamp?

At the launch of the bootcamp, the investment amount was AED 600 for the first kid and AED 500 for each sibling.

Prices may vary for future camps.

The location of future bootcamps will be determined in their due times.

Will the participants receive certificates at the end of the bootcamp?

Yes, the participants will receive certificates of attendance.

Are there any additional support or services available besides the bootcamp?

Yes, the instructor also provides consultation sessions that can be booked separately. The consultation sessions are available for individuals of any age to ask about launching and setting up businesses with the right systems and processes.
